1. Processing time (shipping preparation)
After we receive your order and your payment is successful, our processing time begins. This typically takes 7 to 8 business days . During this time, your order will be checked, prepared, packaged, and handed over to the respective shipping service provider for shipment.
Please note that no processing takes place on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or on public holidays in Germany.
During periods of increased demand (e.g., at Christmas or during sales), processing times may be slightly longer. However, we always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.
2. Delivery time
After processing and handover to our shipping partner, delivery usually takes place within 7 to 8 working days , depending on the destination country and the delivery conditions there.
Please note that delivery times may be extended due to unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., customs delays, strikes, weather conditions, or global events). In such cases, we will, of course, inform you promptly by email.

- Hermes (mainly for domestic German and European deliveries)
The appropriate shipping service provider is automatically selected to ensure the most efficient delivery possible.
5. Shipping costs
The shipping costs are displayed transparently in the shopping cart and at checkout during the ordering process.

7. Order cut-off time:
Orders received before 8:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the same business day.
Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.
